Assist Mi processes information to provide, secure, and improve the Service. We do not sell Customer Data.

2) Definitions

"Personal Data" means information relating to an identified or identifiable person. "Customer Data" means content retrieved from connected systems at your direction. "Derived Data" means summaries, extracted artifacts, embeddings, and metadata generated from Customer Data. Depending on context, Assist Mi acts as a processor or service provider on behalf of customers.

3) Information We Collect

A) Account and Profile Data

Name, email, organization details, and authentication provider identifiers.

B) Connected Services Data

Data from connected services such as Slack, Google Workspace, email, calendars, and documents, limited to scopes and permissions you authorize.

C) Usage, Device, and Log Data

IP address, user agent, timestamps, performance metrics, and feature usage telemetry.

D) Cookies and Analytics

We use essential cookies for core functionality. Optional analytics technologies may be used where enabled.

E) Payment and Billing Data

Billing details are processed by authorized payment processors. Assist Mi does not store full payment card numbers.

4) How We Use Information

We use information to operate and provide the Service, generate AI-assisted insights, maintain security and audit controls, provide support and service communications, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

5) Legal Bases (GDPR)

Where GDPR applies, we process data under legal bases including contractual necessity, legitimate interests (such as security and service reliability), consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.

6) How We Share Information

We may share data with authorized subprocessors used for infrastructure, AI model operations, monitoring, support, email delivery, and billing. See our Subprocessors page for details.

We also share information when you direct us through connectors and serialization settings, when required by law, or in connection with corporate transactions (such as a merger, financing, or asset sale).

7) International Transfers

We may process data in multiple jurisdictions. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as contractual protections and equivalent lawful mechanisms.

8) Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, meet contractual commitments, maintain security and audit records, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and operational need. You may request deletion as described below.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege internal access, monitoring, and secure software development practices.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port certain data and to object to or restrict certain processing. You may manage connector permissions, adjust scopes where supported, and opt out of non-essential communications.

11) CCPA/CPRA Notice (California)

We collect categories of personal information described in this Policy for business and operational purposes. We do not sell personal information and do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

California residents may request to know, access, correct, or delete personal information, and may designate an authorized agent subject to verification. We do not discriminate for exercising privacy rights. We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes prohibited by CPRA.

12) GDPR and UK Rights

13) Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18.
